BS 8848 is changing. To stay up to date with the latest safety practices in adventure travel, join us on Monday 10 June 2013 at the Royal Geographical Society, London.
The event marks the launch of the public consultation on the revision of BS 8848 – Specification for the provision of visits, fieldwork, expeditions and adventurous activities outside the UK.
BSI is hosting a free morning session to provide more information on the adventurous activities standard BS 8848 and its first full revision since publication in 2007.
The afternoon session (£55) hosted by Society will look at some of the topics covered by the standard in more depth and present new initiatives taking place within specific sectors. For more details of the afternoon session, please visit the RGS website.
